You are responsible for a team of workshop managers and/ or responsible for a production line.

You are involved in designing product manufacturing ranges, you study and determine the procedures to be followed and prepare the manufacturing specifications. You ensure that production levels both quantitatively and qualitatively are on budget and comply with the deadlines and safety regulations (design and implementation of monitoring and analysis tools such as dashboards and other charts). 

You carry out pricing and costing studies both pre and post production.In addition to organising and planning production, you are proactive with regards to continuous improvement (design, choice and installation of production equipment).

You manage your production line in accordance with the manufacturing and environmental instructions for your specialisation while respecting the factory's safety instructions, especially with regards to the handling of dangerous goods, wearing PPE and loading-unloading operations.

You ensure that the equipment for which you are responsible is maintained to the highest level and ask for maintenance to intervene in the event of a technical incident outside of your skill set.

You are involved with all studies aimed at achieving the company's QSE objectives.
